I am currently serving as the CR Encourager Coach on our TEAM, here at Central, and the Chemical Addiction Open Share leader. I am celebrating 11 years of sobriety. I serve on the elder board of our host church where I represent CR. I sponsor and mentor men who are/have struggled with chemical addiction. In this workshop we will review the written guidelines for sponsoring and coaching as well as the unwritten soft skills. We will touch base on walking through relapse, explore ideas on how to identify someone that God maybe calling you to coach or sponsor. We will also have time for Q and A as well as a time to share best practices with each other. I’m looking forward to seeing you there!
